In order to confirm the reservation and conclude a contract for the provision of catering services, the booking party is obliged to pay to Olivia Star Top Sp. Z o.o. with its registered office in Gdańsk (KRS 0000785038), a deposit within 3 days from the date of booking, in the amount of PLN 300 for each person, which will then be credited to the remuneration for the catering service. The deposit should be paid by bank transfer to the following bank account: 53 1090 1102 0000 0001 4241 6780 in the title of the transfer, please enter the expression "deposit" and the name of the person making the reservation. If you do not use the catering service within the time limit indicated in the reservation, the down payment is not refundable. Submission of a reservation by the person making the reservation is tantamount to his acceptance of the deposit provisions.
